what do you think of the vera bradley color bali blue?

I’m pretty sure I’m going to get this color tote, it’s either that or a windsor navy curvy tote. I really like bali blue, cuz it’s so bright but windsor navy is nice too but more of a winter color. I have black hair a little bit tanner skin than most people and dark brown eyes. which do you think would be best?

I think Windsor Navy is cuter, but based on your description, I think Bali Blue would suit you better.
